HISTORY:
The daughter of Olympia Noble, who at some point in the past five years, married world-famous super-hero Doc Noble. Minutiae and Surge have been formally adopted by Doc, and have taken his last name.

The identity and current status of Surge and Minutiae's real father is unknown. Minutiae is a shy young woman with an interest in science, and is more at home in the lab than in social circles. Because of this, she feels a special kinship with Doc Noble, and gets along with him far better than her brother seems to.

KNOWN SUPERHUMAN POWERS:
The ability to shrink her body (and, presumably, whatever clothes she's wearing) down to subatomic size. How long she's able to remain at this size is unknown.
